As an independent gym owner (Results Gym Aberdeen) I have a passion for helping people achieve their fitness based goals no matter what they are. Having the ability to shape my own gym has given me the privilege of being able to support people to move forward with their ambitions and not only become more confident and comfortable in a gym environment but in their wider lives.

I have 10 years of gym based coaching experience and have competed in high level sport for most of my life. Competing in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, MMA and Rugby has given me great exposure to strength and conditioning from a number of different perspectives. This as well as my own personal fat loss experience has allowed me to tackle many different problems clients have with a wide knowledge base and a high success rate.
